DIY Fish Broccoli Casserole

I did say I would try to cook up some chicken and broccoli, right? But instead of using chicken (and frying it again like we always do), I decided to use fish fillet instead. And since I don't have an oven, I put it in the microwave instead because you can cook stuff there too haha. It's pretty easy to make and it turned out quite well, so feel free to try it yourself.

Ingredients
2 slabs fish fillet, cubed
2 bunches broccoli
1 cup mayonnaise
Juice of 1 lemon (can be substituted with calamansi)
2 egg yolks
salt and pepper
2 cups cheese, grated

Procedure
1. Saute fish fillet until it changes color and is around 3/4 cooked while steaming the broccoli until it is likewise, 3/4 cooked.
2. In a bowl, mix 1 cup mayo with lemon juice, 2 egg yolks, and salt and pepper to taste.
3. Put the broccoli at the bottom of the casserole, and the fish on top of it. Pour in the mayo mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese.
4.  Place in the microwave oven and cook for 10 minutes.
